Lakeside Legends is an organization that provides competitive traveling baseball opportunities to players through its youth program and its high school showcase program. Selection for all teams is very competitive. The Legends organization is committed to providing its players with the best possible instruction, coaching and practice facilities to maximize each player’s mental and physical skills. The organization was founded in the summer of 2009 by Scott Czerniejweski, owner of BatSpeed Baseball and Softball Academy of Gurnee, IL to help develop the abundance of baseball talent in Lake County, IL and southeastern WI.
